The Plus plan should be good enough for most users, but if you feel the need for more customization, the Pro license fits best.

We offer premium support to Ultra users. By purchasing an Ultra license, you will get tailor-made customization, training, and quick assistance as you progress. After the purchase, you will be contacted to set up your private support channel.

To understand exactly what cloud storage is, you need to first understand what a sample is. A sample is a recorded clip in which you said one or more words. These samples are the backbone of what would be used to train your custom model. The more samples you provide, the more accurate your model will be. Even though you can never achieve 100% accuracy, we were able to reach 99.9% accuracy in very high sample count models, although we advertise for less to stay on the safe side.

All the samples you record when you start a "train" process will be uploaded to the cloud. Cloud storage is the maximum number of samples you are allowed to use to train a model. The higher this number, the more accurate a model you can get. Cloud storage also means you don't need to back up your recorded samples.

One note is that we do not save your raw voice but your sample features. This means if you need to keep access to your raw data, you need to back up the raw audio yourself.

For daily use, you don't need a constant internet connection. Internet is only required the first time to train a model, as the training process happens in the cloud. After that, you only need to be online every now and then to verify the license or get regular updates.

Each time you send a request to train a model from your recorded samples you consume 1 train credit. Train credits are allocated monthly.

Yes and we encourage you to do so. By purchasing the Pro license you get access to the engine's raw output through our RPC interface depending on the platform you use.

We only keep your data until you pay for your subscription. Before your subscription ends, you will receive a link to download and store your samples. After your subscription ends, we don't have an obligation to keep your samples, and if you want to start over later, you can use your downloaded backup to restore your last session.
